About Us
FPSO Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (FVSB) was incorporated in 2003 to pursue Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services opportunities and initiatives for offshore floating systems. We are a subsidiary of MISC Berhad, Malaysia’s leading logistics and shipping company, and a public listed company on the KLSE main board.
We commenced our first O&M management contract in 2005 for the FPSO Bunga Kertas in the Penara and North Lukut Fields for PETRONAS Carigali. Since then, we have been progressively increasing our portfolio of managed assets and are currently the largest operator of floating production systems in oilfields throughout Malaysia. Today, almost 25% of the nation’s domestic oil production is managed through FVSB operated facilities.
