Malaysian national oil company Petronas said it has delivered its 50th LNG cargo from the floating LNG vessel PFLNG Satu.

Petronas said “the milestone cargo” was loaded on 25 September 2021 onto the LNG carrier Seri Cemara, which is operated by MISC, for delivery to Taiwan.

The first cargo produced by the vessel was from the Kanowit gas field offshore Sarawak in 2017. The vessel was then shifted in 2019 to its current location at the Kebabangan gas field offshore Sabah.

FVSB is proud to be the contracted marine operations service provider to Petronas for this esteemed project since shipyard commissioning, sail away, installation and start up.

FVSB is also pleased to announce that we have recently secured a 3 year extension to this contract with Petronas.
