On 12 November 2017, FVSB once again attained another major safety milestone after recording 11 years worked without a Lost Time Incident (LTI) onboard FSO Angsi.
FSO Angsi is located approximately 136km from the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia at block PM-305 (South Angsi field). The field is operated by Repsol Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited and the facilities consist of a Process Platform and a bridge-linked FSO. The FSO was towed out and installed at the South Angsi field in early August 2005.
This remarkable accomplishment is a result of FVSB’s on-going commitment to safety and our stringent safety procedures and systems.
