ISO14001:2004 Certification
In line with FPSO Ventures Sdn Bhd’s mission – to provide the best customised O&M services that comply with our customers’ requirements and where possible, exceeding our customers’ expectations, we have moved one step further and have attained the ISO14001:2004 certification to complement the existing ISO9001:2000 andISO9001:2008.

These certifications has enhanced our leadership position and established a benchmark through our expertise that redefines O&M standards in the Malaysia offshore Oil and Gas industry.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN
As one of our responsibilities to both current and future generations, FPSO Ventures Sdn Bhd (FVSB) initiated an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in early 2014 to create shared value for business and society.

All FVSB personnel are involved in the following programs to ensure that we successfully achieve targets set to help preserve the environment:

• A4 paper reduction program – continue reuse paper for printing as and when necessary.
• Reduce colour printing – do not print colour as and when possible.
• Energy conserve program – to reduce electricity consumption by switching off lights during lunch hour.

FSO Cendor
FSO Cendor was located 140km from the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia at Cendor Field. The field is operated by Petrofac Malaysia and the facilities consisted of a Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) and the FSO.

Conversion work took place between October 2005 and September 2006. The FSO was towed out and installed in the Cendor field in September 2006, with First Oil received in the same month.

After a longer than expected operational life of 5 years, the FSO was demobilised in October 2014 after 8 years at site. We are proud to have been the chosen O&M operator for the FSO from pre-operations work at the conversion yard and O&M for the entire duration of service from 2006 to 2014 including the demobilisation work for the FSO in 2014.

During the O&M phase, the FSO was operated at an average uptime in excess of 99% with zero Lost Time Injuries recorded during its entire service period.
