Following the successful deployment and hook up at the Anjung Kecil Field, approximately 200km northwest offshore Bintulu, Sarawak, the MaMPU 1 FPSO has successfully achieved its first oil milestone on 8 December 2016. The field is operated by Vestigo Petroleum Sdn. Bhd. (a subsidiary of PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd.).
FVSB is proud to have played a major role in the safe achievement of this milestone from the pre-operations (Operations Readiness and Assurance) stage and we look forward to continuing safe and successful operations of MaMPU 1 as we move into the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) stage of the project.
